Use the socket function to determine local system IP address, then log during repeater initialization.
When deployed at high sites it's handy to be able to determine the local IP address via the gui by looking at the logs. Especially critical when using something like cloudflared tunnels for web access, which we do for all repeaters I manage.
The address is saved in case we want to print it in system stats or similar later.
Should be low impact, socket is a python intrinsic function, and the code is only called at initialization.
