Organizing shell environments

1. check out branch
2. rename files and directories on top-level (add "." prefix) to make:
   • .gitconfig
   • .zshrc
   • .asdfrc
   • .default-gems
   • .default-npm-packages

For .zshrc, you may want to use FileMerge App to compare and merge
updates from the latest version of oh-my-zshrc with the aliases
and values in this file.

Switch to ZSH & Install dependencies

1. chsh -s /bin/zsh
2. Install Oh My ZSH [http://ohmyz.sh/]

3. Install rbenv [https://github.com/sstephenson/rbenv]

4. Install Node Version Manager NVM [https://github.com/creationix/nvm]

3. Install asdf-vm [https://github.com/asdf-vm/asdf]
4. Install asdf-ruby [https://github.com/asdf-vm/asdf-ruby]
5. Install asdf-nodejs [https://github.com/asdf-vm/asdf-nodejs]

using vscode-alternate extension from @WowItsWillWow rename projections.json to .projections.json and put in the root directory of projects
