PreNeedPilot runs on a Node.js microservices backbone with each contract domain — trust, compliance, portability, and analytics — isolated behind its own service boundary and communicating over an internal event bus. All transactional contract data lives in MongoDB, which handles the nested document structures of multi-state trust allocations better than anything relational would. Session state and real-time counselor dashboard updates are persisted in Redis for long-term auditability and instant retrieval. The whole thing deploys to a single Kubernetes cluster and has been running in production without a single missed state filing deadline.
