Add hint regarding redesign

Today the configure_git_repository.md doc caused some confusion:

I just noticed on swissict that we don't have the "require code review" anymore. So the button is green even though there's no code review. Branches such as redesign or feature/my-feature should all follow the same protection rules as develop.
