…slation, and data output Reflects the expanded captions.animate: 11 presets, style overrides (position, entrance, highlight, emphasis), captionData (SRT/VTT/word JSON on output.data), autoEmphasis, translateTo, and the subtitles/font inputs. Also removes the stale 5-minute input cap (removed 2026-06-10).

Update captions.animate docs for the expanded job
Brings the captions.animate reference up to date with the new capabilities (companion to the backend + dashboard PRs in rendobar/rendobar).

Land this after the backend captions PR deploys, so the docs don't describe params production can't yet honor. (The stale 5-min-cap removal is correct now regardless.)
