We’re expanding our AI & Technology team and are looking for university students and recent graduates who want to work on applied AI with real market impact.
This role focuses on dynamic pricing, market analytics, and predictive modeling for real estate development. Your work will directly influence pricing strategies, demand forecasts, and revenue decisions across the business.

What you’ll work on

• AI-powered dynamic pricing models for real estate sales
• Market parsing and predictive analytics based on large-scale datasets
• Revenue optimization and demand forecasting models
• Applied AI tools embedded into real business processes
• Translating data insights into clear, actionable business decisions
• Collaboration with product, sales, and strategy teams

Who we’re looking for

We are particularly interested in current students and recent graduates from leading international universities who want to grow fast and work on problems that matter.
