Note that I think the NSSP check failed early for the most recent commit because the action tried to query the official data too many times in a short period. They failed at the correct point for the second to most recent commit "Use single quotes", but we could re-run this check later to be sure |

Adds a checkbox when running the snapshot nssp action manually to select capturing the preliminary data source
Note that 1) we expect the snapshot checks to fail at the authorization stage and 2) I can't confirm this successfully adds a checkbox until we merge (I think)
