Note

Adds a new README "Output" section with a sample CHR-only run, logs, saved artifacts, and summary stats.

• Documentation:
  • Update README.md with a new "### 4) Output" section.
    • Includes a sample CHR-only CLI run (uv run evaluation.py ...) and representative logs.
    • Shows generated artifacts: chr_matches.csv, chr_sweep.csv, chr_vs_threshold.png.
    • Displays summary stats (query count and similarity score distribution).
