Overview
Adds a new Client library support and versioning policy page (version-support.md) that documents how official Redis clients are versioned (semver), which release line is actively maintained, how releases are tested against non-EOL Redis API versions in Redis Cloud, and rules for bug fixes, CVE backports, and community contributions.

The Connect with Redis client API libraries index now links to that page so readers can find maintenance and testing expectations alongside the existing client table and best-effort note.
