Right now, Imagefactory uses XML credentials (requiring password to be stored in text form). This patch adds support for openrc.sh
Instead of the path to credentials file, user can give the path to his openrc.sh which can be downloaded from Horizon. Password is requested via
getpass, and is not stored anywhere.
