Check motor status and experimental compliant mode

• Check motor status api with widowxclient
  • widowx_client.get_motor_status() which returns an array of int, 0 means good.
• (WIP) experimental compliant mode (by update the motor_config.yaml in docker-compose.yml)
  • This is still in testing mode.
  • require forked version of interbotix_ros_core: https://github.com/youliangtan/interbotix_ros_core . Will auto switch branch in the docker container.
  • config is located in compliant_wx250s.yaml
