This PR adds a Chinese translation of the tutorials-v5 tutorials under a new directory: tutorials-v5-zh.

Scope

• Added tutorials-v5-zh with the same structure as tutorials-v5
• Translated Markdown tutorial content into Chinese
• Kept code cells, equations, and file layout unchanged

Notes

• This is a documentation/localization contribution only (no runtime code changes).
• Translation was manually reviewed for technical terminology consistency.
• Follow-up cleanup commit fixed leftover English lines and harmonized wording.
