Added a 'bin_to_keys.py' script, as it's been useful for me.
Modified the repair script to use a shared copy of the keygen function, and work on multiple files.
Modified the parse script to contain the keygen function, and work on multiple files. Also removed the additional format of the binary key blobs; the 'fm11rf08 script' format ones will be fixed in a separate PR, but there's no need to carve them out anymore.
Modified the convert script to dynamically build all of the json file, fixed the key checking, and optionally generate the 'parsed' output.
