QCLINUX: arm64: qcom: dts: talos: add TGU device in staging dtso
Should we mark it as PENDING as this is shortlived and will be dropped once we submit dt changes.

I will prefer if we generate only dtbo and no dtbs
dtb-$(CONFIG_ARCH_QCOM) += talos-staging.dtbo
and this dtbo is boot time overlaid with FIT configuration
