Rebar is an upcoming Minecraft Java plugin that allows vanilla gameplay to be expanded with new blocks, items, mechanics, and more. It includes a research system, an in-game guide, fluid pipe system, first-class translation support, multiblocks, support for custom logistics, and much more - all behind an intuitive API. Rebar differentiates itself from Nexo, ItemsAdder, and similar plugins by focusing solely on plugin developers and allowing them to implement significantly more complex mechanics.
