Fix for #27
Let NX2 run overnight with keyboard hook, found the game still on title screen (previously would jump into service menu in less then 2 hours).
This issue seem to plague NX and NXA too (and from the readme maybe even other games) that all should hopefully be fixed too.
So far I have only tested this with the keyboard-io on NX2, I will be testing all games I can run with LXIO
(Exceed2, Zero, NX,NX2,NXA, Pro, Pro2; I have the CD based games too but in various state of working)
I feel like there should not be any reason why it wouldn't work with old piuio, but if anyone is able to test, that would be great.
