This PR enables the wake-up on interrupt for cluster internal signals inside the Spatz boot code.
The spatz cluster deploys a CLINT to wake up the cluster after configuring from an external host.
The CLINT is connected to the Machine cluster-local interrupt line of each hart.
This PR unmasks the
MCIPvalue in the mie CSR to enable listing to IRQ from CLINT.Note: The only file changed is
hw/system/spatz_cluster/test/bootrom.S, the rest is automatically generated.
