For complex iOS-side reasons the videos are upside-down.

Ends previous behavior of cards overwriting startTime and endTime from pose data. Also fixes a bug where changes to regioncard start/end wouldn't cause themselves to persist.
Now resets drag mode which gets things in a slightly better state.
Also refactor out row numbers to constants and allow clicking sensor row to pan
hide UI that says X users are following you, until your avatar has finished initializing
