These PDF files are scans of the 1986 SMA Standards document

These documents were distributed to members of the Spectrum Manufacturers Association in the 1980's. A commitee of representatives of various Pick licensees developed these standards. They are essentially a least-common-denominator of the various Pick implementations at that time.
