Summary

• Updates the Torghut quant release audit with chore(torghut): promote image d73020e6 #5510, which was squash-merged after all required checks passed.
• Preserves the earlier chore(torghut): promote image 2ea968af #5494, fix(torghut): clean argo rollout drift #5503, and fix(torghut): narrow paper lane to executable chip core #5507 merge evidence, including the intentional live submit no-go posture.
• Records post-merge GitOps and cluster evidence: Argo synced current main, live/sim pods are on digest 5b1685a25 with
  zero restarts, and TA/TA-sim/options-catalog/options-enricher are green.
• Documents the current blocked rollout gate: live /readyz and /trading/health are 503 from
  empirical_jobs_degraded with Jangar execution trust stale.

This PR is documentation-only. The underlying rollout it documents is not fully healthy: live order submission remains
blocked by design, and live readiness/trading health are degraded on the empirical/Jangar dependency quorum. Options
catalog readiness recovered to HTTP 200 during the final post-merge probe.

  5b1685a25 with zero restarts; sim /readyz, live /healthz, live /trading/status, TA, TA-sim,
  options-catalog /readyz, and options-enricher /readyz are green.
• Rollout health is still blocked at live application readiness: live /readyz and /trading/health are 503 from
  empirical_jobs_degraded with Jangar execution trust stale. Jangar restarted during the latest main sync and is ready
  again, but discover, plan, and verify stages remain stale.
