Add custom device name step to config flow

Users can now specify a custom name during device setup:
- Added new 'name' step after initial configuration
- Default name suggestion: 'myStrom Switch'
- Custom name is stored in config entry
- Device name updates automatically in device info
- Works for both manual and auto-discovery setup
- Added translations (DE/EN) for name step

Examples of custom names:
- 'Kaffeemaschine'
- 'Heizung Wohnzimmer'
- 'Coffee Machine'
- 'Living Room Heater'

This makes it easier to identify devices when you have multiple
myStrom switches in your Home Assistant installation.
