Adedamola Maxwell (AD-M I)

Fintech & Web3 Systems Engineer · Payments · Crypto Infrastructure · Smart Contracts

Overview

I design and build financial systems that move money across web2 and web3—from payment processing backends to crypto infrastructure and smart contracts.

My work focuses on building reliable, production-grade systems for real-world products handling real transactions. This includes payment flows, wallet systems, transaction engines, and on-chain logic.

I build systems that remain secure, consistent, and resilient under real-world conditions, where failures impact actual users and funds.

Beyond implementation, I think in terms of system design, transaction integrity, and end-to-end financial flows—ensuring systems behave correctly across both backend and blockchain environments.

Focus Areas

  • Fintech Systems
Payment processing, transaction flows, webhooks, reconciliation systems

  • Backend Infrastructure
APIs, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, data consistency

  • Crypto Infrastructure
Wallet systems, transaction tracking, exchange integrations

  • Smart Contracts
Solidity development, escrow systems, on-chain financial logic

Current Work

  • Building payment and transaction processing systems
  • Designing crypto wallet and ledger infrastructure
  • Developing smart contracts for financial use cases
  • Architecting end-to-end money movement systems across web2 and web3

Engineering Approach

  • Design for financial correctness first
  • Build for reliability under real usage
  • Treat systems as state machines, not scripts
  • Optimize for clarity, auditability, and scalability

Building systems that move money—reliably, securely, and at scale.
