Bug: Docusaurus v3 React Incompatibility

Upgrading Docusaurus to v3 without updating React dependencies creates an incompatibility. Docusaurus v3 requires React v17 or v18+, but React remains at v16.14.0. This can cause installation failures, build/runtime errors, or peer dependency conflicts.
