Summary

  • Replaced PWA app icons (192x192, 512x512) with dark navy background versions from brand guidelines
  • Blue bolt on #041017 navy — renders as clean dark circle on mobile home screens (like Telegram's icon style)
  • No more white square background standing out against wallpapers

Test plan

  • Install as PWA on iOS/Android and verify icon renders as dark navy circle
  • Check Vercel preview deployment serves correct icons at /icons/icon-512x512.png

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Replaces white-background bolt icons with dark navy (#041017) versions
from brand guidelines. Looks clean as circular app icon on mobile home
screens — no more white square standing out.

The &url= parameter in Twitter intent URLs causes the composer to get
stuck reloading state before showing the post preview. Embedding the
URL directly in the tweet text avoids this — Twitter still auto-links
and crawls the OG card.
