Major Minor Targets

Some targets are clicked much more often than others. For example, this checkbox is accessed much more often than the information button to the right.

The Bubble Cursor can be frustrating to use when trying to select this checkbox because the information button acts as a distractor. Thus we'd like the Bubble Cursor to ignore any of these "minor" targets unless we explicitly choose to click it by holding down the control button on the keyboard.
