install:

• download zip or clone repo
• pack "plugin" folder as zip archive
• open it with TotalCommander to install
• enjoy to open html files with sciter engine

features:

• open html files with sciter rendering with CSS and TiScript support
• inspect them with the builtin DOM inspector
• make preview thumbnails (Show-Thumbnail Vew or Ctrl+Q)
• local links browsing with history navigation
• external links opened at default internet browser
