Refactors the Gradio demo to dynamically swap models (SAM and MatAnyone) between GPU and CPU, significantly lowering VRAM requirements to ~6-7 GB.

its nice on paper but still failing for vram issues, i still have exact same VRAM OOM on the exact (not even 4k) video so so....i dont think this is a fix |
