In navigation bar i want to add animation when someone hover over the element other than logo they will get a bouncy effect(want to add animate__pulse)from animate.css also the text color should change to red.. hover karne par sare element move ho rahe hai par mujhe sirf element ka size pada karna hai 2px se without moving other one. for background have alook at this images{https://www.istockphoto.com/search/2/image-film?phrase=black+leather+texture}
