@mumoshu This pull request now removes Travis CI and uses GitHub actions instead. After you merge this pull request, you should see tests running in https://github.com/mumoshu/play2-memcached/actions

Before you merge this pull request:
You need to add repository secrets so artifacts can be published automatically to maven central (and it's snapshot repo):
Please see https://github.com/sbt/sbt-ci-release#secrets and also https://github.com/sbt/sbt-ci-release#gpg how to format the gpg secret. You will have to add the secrets here: https://github.com/mumoshu/play2-memcached/settings/secrets/actions

If you need help let me know, you can also make me Collaborator to this repo if you want, no problem for me.

@mumoshu Also, what do you think if we add this repo to scala-steward (https://github.com/VirtusLab/scala-steward-repos/blob/main/repos-github.md) so it opens pull requests for dependency updates automatically?
