FBConnectSession able to build 'loginUrl' based on these 'extra' parameters.
ThreadLocal<FBConnectSession> may be null. Not sure why.

These modifications make FBConnectTags to append arbitrary extra parameters besides label/cssClass/scope.
These 'extra' parameters will be passed to {fbconnect.landUrl} , and programmers can do whatever he want to do according these 'extra' parameters.
