I also fixed URLs to support both the full form currently used by php-node, but also just the path form, falling back to pulling the scheme and authority from the
HOSTheader.This is now an almost drop-in replacement for lang_handler in php-node, when combined with some changes also coming for http-rewriter. 🎉
