enable dropbox 'open with...' intents to work

These changes allow opening, editing and saving changes with Writeily from the Dropbox app. Single test on my phone.

@plafue Could you please merge this and put out a new release? Or perhaps pass the project to a new maintainer?

Please merge this. It's totally ridiculous that if I find a .md file in the File Manager, I can't open it with Writeily just becase it's in the "wrong" folder. Writeily should get out of its one-directory silo and be a system-wide editor for Markdown files. Isn't this a step in this direction?

Hi there, as the project is no longer maintained/dead, and not available on F-Droid too anymore, I wanted to keep it alive. For that I forked and made it compile and runable again with current sdk and appcompat. I also cherry-picked your commits of this PR. I don't know yet where it will lead, and how much time I can invest, but I want to at least keep it updated to latest Android SDK.
