There will need to be corresponding changes to tox.ini at least. Could circle.yml use the same scheme as tox.ini to change directory?

If the current or parent dir isn't in the $PATH, we're not sure the correct crudini will be executed

Okey, I will fixit, and try to use it with Tox.

This will execute tests in a Ubuntu 14.04 Server. (You should enable CircleCI here https://circleci.com/)
This will ensure that always pass the tests.
Will be useful when developing to support windows
(Changes in test.sh have been done because in most of cases the command "cd" don't work in CI Servers)
