Add new tasks and refactor suggestions to TODO list
Remove unused CommandParser and optimize command replies.
- made thingamajig 1.21.1+ (needs more ver tests) - removed unused class - separated the startup stuff (utterly useless change) - made almost all bot messages configurable - fixed and improved xaeos waypoint parsing - phase one of promotions improvement (made stuff static) note: this will not build yet, lotta stuff unfinished special shoutout to @DanGamingTV for reminding me i used to actually make stuff people used. thankies :3
- made promotions normal - made server event listener things efficient - fixed some minor bugs - finished improving the waypoint parsing - tweaked fabric.mod.json might do spigot and 1.20.* as well but idk
