Summary

replace console.log(...) in callCommand() with an awaited process.stdout.write(...)
ensure large tool output is flushed before the CLI exits
target the pipe truncation reported in issue Output is truncated at 65536 bytes when piped to another process #23

Testing

bun run typecheck

Closes #23.
