The addition to .bashrc documented above does not work reliably in this mode. Playing around with the delay may prove successful!

Raspberry Pi 5 AND BOOKWORM
---------------------------

Weatherclock.py has been successfully tried under BOOKWORM on RPi5 using an X11 display session on ubuntu 25.04. I have NOT tried it on PI5 or BOOKWORM with an attached official Raspberry Pi display.
