Weighted motif enrichment analysis
To set up WiNNie for a run, please make sure you have installed CONDA. We are using a conda environment to install all needed dependencies.
- Clone the directory:
git clone https://github.com/petrokvitka/WiNNie.git/- Switch to the directory:
cd WiNNie- Create the needed conda environment from the file winnie.yaml:
conda env create --file winnie.yaml- Activate the environment:
source activate winnie- You are ready to use the WiNNie! To learn how to use it, just type:
python winnie.py -h
