• The navigation sidebar and Chat's agents now use the page's background instead of the sidebar gray, in light and dark mode. Only their borders separate them from the page. The web app sets --sidebar to --background in index.css, so the docs keep their gray sidebar.
• The line between Chat's agent list and New shows only while the list overflows and scrolls under the button (useOverflowing, a ResizeObserver on the list and what is in it).
