docs: expand query examples

Summary

• add a dedicated dependency query docs page covering somepath, somepaths, allpaths, selectors, formats, and cycle behavior
• include exact Mermaid output generated from four checked-in fixtures
• update README, package README, contributing docs, and architecture notes for the landed query surface
