Removes sanctioned/high-risk countries from the AddMoney country list:
Also renames Macedonia → North Macedonia (official name since 2019).
The
UNSUPPORTED_ALPHA3_TO_ALPHA2blocklist is intentionally left intact as a safety net.Requested by @kkonrad
