Fix #394: feat: add paymentId parameter to getRefundDetails API

• Update Refund.getRefundDetails() method to require paymentId parameter
• Update RefundTest.php to pass paymentId parameter
• Update PendingPaymentTest.php to pass paymentId parameter
• Support PayPay Get Refund Details API specification changes
