Derive map "last updated" date from git commit history instead of hardcoded constant

The "last updated" date on the Footprint in USA map page was a hardcoded string that required manual updates. Instead, it should automatically reflect when the data file was last changed.

Changes

• src/data/usa-travel-data.js — Removed hardcoded mapDataLastUpdated export
• src/data/index.js — Removed corresponding re-export
• src/pages/experiences/usa.astro — Replaced static import with a build-time git log query:

The date is resolved at astro build time via child_process.execSync (Node.js, no runtime cost) and rendered conditionally — hidden if git is unavailable in the build environment.
