Adjustable width sections

Sorry for the delay in getting to these - got a bit caught up in other client work

This is just a tiny update:

• Pulled changes from the /matt (copy) branch (I think these were changes your designer made?)
• Fixed the footer (it was overwritten by that pull)
• The new sections I made have adjustable width now
• The CTA section and the blog post templates have their own inner adjustable width sliders now
• Added recipe kit embed to blog posts so the Examples are now showing RK as they should

I am at the point where I'm not sure what else to work on for this, so let me know if you have anything else you would like me to work on for it!
