Flexible box sections

Ok this is pretty cool.

I added a new type of section called Feature Box Grid. I made it super flexible, with a bunch of settings so you can lay out the contained cards in a bunch of different ways. It will help us quickly implement different box layouts like this on other pages, or future sites.

There are a lot of settings for the feature box grids and the feature boxes within them. I tried to make them flexible enough that you could build almost any kind of grid (within reason) and mix up the content in the cards.

Other changes:

1. Added a tailwind config file... updating to TW 4.0.0 deleted the config for some reason, so I added it back in (crucial fix)
2. Increased font sizes, especially in the headers to make it feel more modern, poppy, and landing page-ish
3. Lots of little responsiveness work - mostly on my new cards but I changed some classes in the hero

The big thing was the Feature box grid. This will make it very fast to add in more of these boxy sections, and make them much easier to update in the future.
