SKILL.md was updated in d6f263c from production data (227 jobs) but budget-tiers.md kept the old estimates, which were 3-5x too low. The agent reads both files, so it was quoting stale durations when asked about a specific tier. Durations now match SKILL.md: - XXS: 4-5 min (was 10-30 sec) - XS: 8-10 min (was 30s-2min) - S: 15-18 min (was 1-3 min) - M: 15-20 min (was 3-6 min) - L: 20-25 min (was 5-10 min) - XL: 30-45 min (was 8-15 min) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
