  • add a sqdt database for Yb174_sqdt

TODO

  • For high l states use the jj coupling picture to define the states in the Sr88_sqdt and Yb174_sqdt database? (For Yb we could then even use the G+ and G- quantum defects?) (see use jj-coupling for high l states #16)
  • bump version v1.3
