…integrity Bumps the workspace 0.59.0 → 0.60.0 (all crates + inter-crate dep specs via cargo set-version + short-form spec fixups) and adds the v0.60.0 CHANGELOG entry. Highlights (12 commits since v0.59.0): - Proof-corpus L4/L5 climb: 10 kernels → strict L4; attention, Pillar-1 metrics, and the Pillar-2 cross-entropy backward gradient → L5 (Lean/Mathlib) (#2282/2284/2287/2288). - Fable architectural review: 14-agent gate-integrity audit + EV-ranked falsifiable backlog (#2292). - Fixed a CI pass-check substring bypass that merged 10-failure runs green (#2298). - Deleted 186 orphan contract-scaffold modules that never compiled (#2302). - apr code parity for Claude Code or Google Antigravity (#2277).
