This pull request introduces a new GitHub Actions workflow for uploading sources to Crowdin. Currently, the workflow is a placeholder and does not implement any actual sync steps.
.github/workflows/upload_sources_to_crowdin.ymlthat sets up the structure for uploading sources to Crowdin, triggered manually viaworkflow_dispatch, but currently only includes a placeholder step.
