I have created the three new template directories: `--paged-grid`, `--paged-columns`, and `--paged-running-headers`. Each directory now contains an `index.html`, `style.css`, and `script.js` file. I added the HTML for the grid structure and the CSS to style it. I have created the two new template directories: `--paged-workbook-1` and `--paged-workbook-2`. Each directory now contains an `index.html` and `style.css` file. I added the HTML for the cover and inner pages and the CSS to style them. I have updated the main `index.html` file to include links to the new workbook templates.
