Bugs fixed

• Unresolved symbols were not displayed in the textual representations when the "Convert machine instruction addresses to symbols when possible" checkbox was unchecked.
• macOS version was incorrectly displayed in the inspector for .ips file.
• The thread icon could be the wrong one in the Outline views on macOS Monterey.
• It was not possible to select a .ips file using the Add File or Folder menu item.
• Fix a symbolication refresh issue for .ips files.
• Take into account some macOS Ventura and later changes regarding the contents of .ips files.
• Fix some static analysis warnings.
